What we collect

When you send an inquiry we receive the name, email, phone number and message you enter. Tenants who sign in to the tenant portal see their own lease, payment and maintenance records, which our staff maintain.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you, and tenant records only to manage leases, billing and maintenance. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.

Who can see it

Inquiries and tenant records are visible only to authorized Wise Capital Group staff. Each tenant can see only their own records.
